Cole Consulting Group was established in 2020 by director Jessica Cole. Passionate about change and continuous improvement, Jess previously led the Virtual CFO and Bookkeeping division for a local accounting practice with a portfolio of clients across varied industries.
Jess draws on her extensive experience working as a Financial Accountant and Commercial Manager for a global company where she led the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, and was responsible for reporting and pricing strategies, to name a few. Her successful process improvement initiatives resulted in Jess consulting in Canada and the United States, and presenting at the Association for Manufacturing Excellence seminar in Melbourne. Jess is grateful for her experience working in two local Chartered Accounting firms specialising in Business Services and Taxation.
